Airport & Cruiseport Pickup Locations

Shared Ride Shuttle, Executive Van, and Buses at Logan Airport

Terminal A

  • Shuttle: Lower Level; outside baggage, cross over 2 roadways to where the RED signs read “Shared Vans”
  • Airlines: Delta, Delta Shuttle, WestJet

Terminal B

  • Shuttle:Terminal B1: Air Canada-American Airlines: Arrival-level: Use door B106 and stand at the curb. Do Not Cross any roadways.
  • Shuttle: Terminal B2: United, Southwest, and Alaska: Use door B115 and stand at the curb. Do Not Cross any roadways.

Terminal C

  • Shuttle: Lower level, exit baggage level using door C110, stand on the curb.
  • Airlines: Cape Air, Aer Lingus, Sun Country, TAP Portugal, Virgin America, JetBlue domestic flights and JetBlue International flights for: Aruba, the Bahamas and Bermuda only

Terminal E

  • Exit door 107, stand on the curb.
  • Airlines: Aero Mexico, Air France, Alitalia, American (Int’l arrivals only), British Airways, Charters (other terminals also), Icelandair, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, Swissair, Virgin Atlantic.

Shared Van Service is limited to “live pickups” at the designated pickup areas only. Drivers are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

Town Car / Limo Pickup Locations at Logan Airport

Please call us at 1-800-822-5456 after you have collected your luggage or have exited the aircraft with no luggage to collect. Town cars are not permitted to wait at the curb until the passenger has called us.

The airport authority in Boston is restricting access to the curb outside the terminal to a 10 minute waiting period. Our vehicles need to wait at the staging area until the passenger has called and is ready to go.

Terminal A

  • Exit baggage, cross 2 roadways, and look for the sign that reads “Limos.”

Terminal B

  • Curbside on Departures (upper) level, between doors B-205 and B-208

Terminal C

  • Follow signage to the Central Parking Garage and proceed to the limo stand on the ground level

Terminal E

  • Lower level, Exit Door 107 and follow the signs that read “Shared Vans and Limos.” Follow the blue awning to the pick-up location.
  • Your driver will have a sign with your name on the sign.

Drivers cannot leave the vehicles, and are NOT ALLOWED to enter the terminal.

T.F. Green Airport

All Shared & Private Service: Exit baggage, cross one roadway, and go to “Short Term Parking.” Call when you have your luggage and are ready to go.

Bradley Airport

All Shared and Private Services: Exit the door outside baggage, go to the left. Look for “Limousine, Active Loading Only.”

Black Falcon Pier / Flynn Cruiseport

Passenger pick-up is between Zones 65-70. Call when you’re outside with your zone number.
